The Post Office, once considered an indispensable feature of every community was losing meaning and value as countless transactions moved online.
We worked with the Post Office to define a new, relevant positioning: a brand at the centre of the community, providing essential service to all (not just the tech savvy). We then designed a fresh brand identity – and developed comprehensive guidelines to bring it to life.
