As the number one natural petfood brand, James Wellbeloved were looking to strengthen the emotive connection for both existing consumers whilst appealing to a new millennial mindset, the fastest growing demographic in dog ownership. By digging deeper into the relationship consumers seek with their dog and their broader relationship to nature, we were able to unlock a number of creative springboards for positioning and  innovation.  Nature is transformational, our dogs (especially in lockdown) get us up and out so both parties are able to thrive.  We look forward to seeing a number of the new initiatives launching over the next 18 months so watch this space!
